In this series of SolidWorks tutorial videos we want to work on the calculation and 3D modeling methods of a gear used with a windmill water pump motor. We begin our modeling tutorial with a brief description of the gear pair spike on a retaining base, and explain how the two gears are connected.

Once we have figured out how to calculate the speed of the gears on an Excel spreadsheet file, then we will enter these values ​​and information into a sketch design and use them with SolidWorks features and capabilities.
